Transliteration

tṛtīye hastinaḥ śreṇyaḥ praśāstā ca

Translation

മൂന്നാം വളയത്തിൽ ആനകൾ, ശ്രേണികൾ (സംഘടിത ഗിൽഡ്-സേന), കൂടാതെ പ്രശാസ്ത (നിയന്ത്രിത/ശാസിത) യൂണിറ്റുകൾ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം।
