भिक्षुकवैदेहकौ मत्तोन्मत्तौ बलादापदि चातिसंनिकृष्टाः प्रवृत्तप्रवेशाश्चादण्ड्याः अन्यत्र प्रतिषेधात् ॥ कZ_०४.१३.०५ ॥

Transliteration

bhikṣukavaidehakau mattonmattau balādāpadi cātisaṃnikṛṣṭāḥ pravṛttapraveśāścādaṇḍyāḥ anyatra pratiṣedhāt

Translation

ഭിക്ഷുക്കളും വൈദേഹകരും, മദ്യലഹരിയിലുള്ളവരോ മാനസികമായി വ്യതിചലിച്ചവരോ, ബലപ്രയോഗം മൂലം നിർബന്ധിതരായവരോ, ആപത്തിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ചവരോ, അത്യധികം സമീപ്യത കാരണം (തെറ്റിദ്ധാരണ/അനിവാര്യത മൂലം) പ്രവേശിച്ചവരോ—ശിക്ഷാർഹരല്ല; എന്നാൽ പ്രവേശനം വ്യക്തമായി നിരോധിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളിടത്ത് മാത്രം ഒഴിവില്ല.
