निक्षेपोपनिधिप्रयोगापहृतानामनिष्टोपगतानां च द्रव्याणां ज्ञानार्थमस्वामिकं कुप्यं हिरण्यं चोपलभ्य निष्केप्तारमन्यत्र व्यपदेशेन ग्राहयेदतिव्ययकर्तारमनायतिव्ययं च ॥ कZ_०२.२५.०६ ॥

Transliteration

nikṣepopanidhiprayogāpahṛtānām aniṣṭopagatānāṃ ca dravyāṇāṃ jñānārtham asvāmikaṃ kupyaṃ hiraṇyaṃ ca upalabhya niṣkeptāram anyatra vyapadeśena grāhayed ativyayakartāram anāyativyayaṃ ca

Translation

നിക്ഷേപം, ഉപനിധി, ഏൽപ്പിച്ച ഉപയോഗത്തിന്റെ ദുരുപയോഗം, മോഷണം മുതലായവ വഴി അപഹരിക്കപ്പെട്ടതോ മറ്റെങ്ങനെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടതോ ആയ ദ്രവ്യങ്ങളെ തിരിച്ചറിയുന്നതിനായി, ഉടമയില്ലാത്ത സാധനങ്ങളോ സ്വർണമോ ലഭിച്ചാൽ, നിക്ഷേപകൻ/ദാവेदारനെ ഒരു വ്യാജകാരണം പറഞ്ഞ് മറ്റിടത്തേക്ക് വിളിച്ചു തിരിച്ചറിയിപ്പിച്ച് പിടികൂടണം; അതുപോലെ അതിവ്യയം ചെയ്യുന്നവരെയും, വ്യക്തമായ വരുമാനമില്ലാതെ ചെലവഴിക്കുന്നവരെയും പിടികൂടണം।
