Transliteration

pānāgāreṣu vā pibeyur asaṃcāriṇaḥ

Translation

അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സ്വതന്ത്രമായി സഞ്ചരിക്കാൻ അനുമതിയില്ലാത്തവർ സംസ്ഥാന പാനശാലകളിൽ മാത്രമേ കുടിക്കാവൂ।
