Transliteration

tadeva pratidānārtham āpam ityakam.

Translation

പ്രതിദാനം (തിരികെ നൽകൽ/പരിഹാരം) നടത്തുന്നതിനായി അതേ (അളവ്/മാപം) മാനദണ്ഡമായി സ്വീകരിക്കണം; ഇതിനെ ‘ആപം/ഇത്യക’ എന്നു പറയുന്നു.
