शासनप्रधाना हि राजानः तन्मूलत्वात्संधिविग्रहयोः ॥ कZ_०२.१०.०२ ॥
Transliteration
śāsanapradhānā hi rājānaḥ tanmūlatvāt saṃdhivigrahayoḥ
Translation
രാജാക്കന്മാർ പ്രധാനമായും ശാസനം (ആജ്ഞാ-ഭരണം) കൊണ്ടാണ് നിർവചിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്; കാരണം സന്ധിയും വിഗ്രഹവും (യുദ്ധം) ആ അധികാരത്തെ തന്നെ മൂലമായി ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നു।
