स्नानादि पूर्ववच्छान्त्यै मुण्डिकार्तिस्त्रिपञ्चके तच्चेष्टासृक्श्रवः शश्वत्कुर्याम्मातृचिकित्सनम्

ശാന്തിക്കായി സ്നാനാദി മുൻപുപോലെ തന്നെ ആചരിക്കണം. മുണ്ഡികാ-ആർത്തി മുതലായ ത്രി-പഞ്ചക ദുഃഖങ്ങളിൽ, കൂടാതെ ചേഷ്ടാവികാരവും നിരന്തര രക്തസ്രാവവും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, മാതൃ-ചികിത്സനം (മാതൃദേവികളുടെ ചികിത്സാ-കർമ്മം) സ്ഥിരമായി നടത്തണം.
