വെയിൽക്കാലത്ത് പ്രതിപാനമായി ശർക്കര (ഗുഡ) ചേർത്ത മദിര നൽകണം. വേധന (കുത്തുന്ന വേദന) ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ലോധ്രകാഷ്ഠം, ലവണം, പിപ്പലി, വിശ്വഭേഷജം (ഉണക്ക ഇഞ്ചി) എന്നിവ നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നു.
