The Account of the Rules of Worship

हृत्पद्मव्यापिभिर्देहं स्वकमाप्लावयेत्सुधीः सुसुम्नायोनिमार्गेण सर्वनाडीविसर्पिभिः

hṛtpadmavyāpibhirdehaṃ svakamāplāvayetsudhīḥ susumnāyonimārgeṇa sarvanāḍīvisarpibhiḥ

ആ സുധാധാര ഹൃദയപദ്മത്തിൽ നിന്നു വ്യാപിച്ച് ദേഹമൊട്ടാകെ പടരുന്നു; വിവേകിയായ साधകൻ അതിനാൽ തന്റെ ശരീരം മുഴുവനായി പ്ലാവിതമാക്കണം. അത് സുഷുമ്നാ എന്ന യോനിമാർഗസ്വരൂപ നാഡിയിലൂടെ നീങ്ങി, എല്ലാ നാഡികളിലും വ്യാപിക്കണം.
