तपसा प्राप्यते स्वर्गस्तपसा प्राप्यते यशः ॥ आयुःप्रकर्षो भोगाश्च भवति तपसैव तु

tapasā prāpyate svargas tapasā prāpyate yaśaḥ || āyuḥprakarṣo bhogāś ca bhavati tapasaiva tu

ດ້ວຍຕະປະ (tapas) ຈຶ່ງໄດ້ບັນລຸສະຫວັນ; ດ້ວຍຕະປະ ຈຶ່ງໄດ້ຊື່ສຽງ. ຄວາມຍືນຍາວແຫ່ງອາຍຸ ແລະການເສບສຸກທັງຫຼາຍ ກໍເກີດດ້ວຍຕະປະເທົ່ານັ້ນ।
