ईश्वर उवाच । ततो गच्छेन्महादेवि सूर्यप्राचीं महाप्रभाम् । सर्वपापोपशमनीं सर्वकामफलप्रदाम्

ພຣະອີສະວະຣະກ່າວວ່າ: ຕໍ່ຈາກນັ້ນ ໂອ ມະຫາເທວີ, ຄວນໄປຫາ “ສູຣະຍະປຣາຈີ” ຜູ້ສ່ອງສະຫວ່າງດ້ວຍສະຫງ່າລາສີອັນຍິ່ງ; ນາງຜ່ອນຄາຍບາບທັງປວງ ແລະປະທານຜົນແຫ່ງຄວາມປາດຖະໜາອັນຊອບທັງຫມົດ।

Pilgrimage to a revealed tīrtha is portrayed as a dharmic path for purification and the fulfilment of legitimate aims of life.
