Pulastya
Tirtha: Cakra-tīrtha
Type: tirtha
Listener: King (nṛpaśreṣṭha)
Scene: Pulastya guiding the king toward a radiant tīrtha; in a visionary overlay, Viṣṇu releases the Sudarśana cakra, which arcs through the sky and consecrates the waters below.
Sacred geography is anchored in divine acts; visiting such places connects the pilgrim to Viṣṇu’s cosmic protection.
Cakra-tīrtha, famed for Viṣṇu’s casting of the discus there.
A pilgrimage instruction: one should go to Cakra-tīrtha.
