caitraśuklāṣṭamīṃ yāvatsyaṃdanāśvādisūdanam | caitraśuklanavamyāṃ tu saumitreḥ śaktibhedane

ຈົນເຖິງວັນອັດຖະມີ ໃນຂ້າງຂຶ້ນເດືອນໄຈຕຣາ ມີການທຳລາຍລົດຮົບ ມ້າ ແລະອື່ນໆ; ແລະໃນວັນນະວະມີ ສໍາມິຕຣີ (ລັກສະມະນະ) ຖືກຫອກ “ສັກຕິ” ທະລຸກາຍ।
