Rudra
Tirtha: Eraṇḍī
Type: tirtha
Listener: Anasūyā
Scene: Rudra speaks a boon of fulfillment; the landscape subtly transforms as a luminous feminine power—Vaiṣṇavī māyā—becomes manifest, receiving the name Eraṇḍī.
Divine grace can crystallize into sacred geography: a tīrtha is not merely a place, but a manifest power (māyā) accessible to devotees.
Eraṇḍī—described as a manifest (pratyakṣa) Vaiṣṇavī power connected to the Revā Khaṇḍa landscape.
The verse itself is declarative (boon-granting and naming the site); specific rites follow in subsequent verses.
