Transliteration
ā́po ha yád bṛhatī́r víśvam ā́yan gárbhaṃ dádhānā janáyantīr agním | táto devā́nāṃ sám avartatā́sur ékaḥ kásmai devā́ya havíṣā vidhema
Translation
When, verily, the Waters, the mighty ones, pervaded the All, bearing within them the germ, and generating Agni,—then from them there came to be the host of the gods: to what God, to the One, shall we offer worship with oblation?
