मित्रावरुणावूचतुः । अनेन तव धर्मज्ञे प्रश्रयेण दमेन च । सत्येन चैव सुश्रोणि प्रीतौ द्वौ वरवर्णिनि
mitrāvaruṇāvūcatuḥ | anena tava dharmajñe praśrayeṇa damena ca | satyena caiva suśroṇi prītau dvau varavarṇini
ມິດຣະ ແລະ ວະຣຸນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: “ໂອ ຜູ້ຮູ້ທຳ, ໂອ ຜູ້ມີສະໂພກງາມ; ໂດຍຄວາມຖ່ອມຕົນຂອງເຈົ້າ, ໂດຍການຂົ່ມໃຈ (ດະມະ), ແລະໂດຍຄວາມຈິງ, ໂອ ຜູ້ຍິງຜູ້ປະເສີດ, ພວກເຮົາສອງອົງພໍໃຈຢ່າງຍິ່ງ.”

Linga-worship is not only external ritual; it is supported by inner conduct. Truthfulness, restraint, and reverence make pūjā fruitful, turning devotion to Saguna Shiva into a disciplined, grace-attracting practice.
A practical takeaway is satya-vrata (commitment to truth), dama (sense-control), and humble demeanor as daily vows alongside japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” strengthening eligibility for deeper worship and meditation.
