Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Cosmic Event: brahmāṇḍa-vyāpti (cosmic pervasion) and divine upadrava as a world-shaking līlā
It teaches that Shiva as the Aja (Unborn, supreme Pati) is not grasped by exhaustive external searching through the cosmos; realization comes through grace, devotion, and inner turning rather than mere movement through worlds.
The verse implies that the limitless Lord cannot be located as a finite object; the Linga serves as the compassionate, accessible Saguna symbol through which the seeker approaches the transcendent Aja who pervades yet exceeds the brahmāṇḍa.
Replace outward restlessness with steady japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and dhyāna on the Linga, seeking Shiva’s anugraha (grace) rather than relying only on worldly or cosmic exploration.
