ວາຍຸກ່າວວ່າ: «ເມື່ອພະລັງເຊື້ອຊາຍ (ວີຣະຍະ) ຕົກລົງໃນກໍໄມ້ອໍ້ອຍ, ເດັກນ້ອຍກໍເກີດຂຶ້ນທັນທີ. ໂອ້ ສັມພູ, ລາວງາມຫຼາຍຢ່າງຫາທຽບບໍ່ໄດ້, ປາກົດຢູ່ຝັ່ງອັນບໍລິສຸດຂອງແມ່ນ້ຳ ສະວັນນາ».
