Sukta 9.86

अयं पुनान उषसो वि रोचयदयं सिन्धुभ्यो अभवदु लोककृत् । अयं त्रिः सप्त दुदुहान आशिरं सोमो हृदे पवते चारु मत्सरः ॥

ayáṃ punāná uṣáso ví rocayad ayáṃ síndhubhyo abhavad u loka-kṛ́t | ayáṃ tríḥ saptá duduhāná āśíraṃ sómo hṛdé pavate cā́ru matsaráḥ ||

This Soma, purifying, makes the dawns shine; this one becomes for the rivers a maker of the world-order. This one, milking the mixture (āśir) three times seven, Soma purifies in the heart—beautiful in ecstasy of delight.
