Sukta 9.74
श्वेतं रूपं कृणुते यत्सिषासति सोमो मीढ्वाँ असुरो वेद भूमनः । धिया शमी सचते सेमभि प्रवद्दिवस्कवन्धमव दर्षदुद्रिणम् ॥
śvetáṃ rūpáṃ kṛṇute yát sisā́sati sómo mīḍhvā́ṃ ásuro véda bhū́manaḥ | dhiyā́ śámī sacate sém abhí prá-vad divás kavándham áva darṣad udríṇam ||
He makes a white form when he desires to be set in motion—Soma, the strong giver, the Asura who knows the vast. With thought he joins the pacifying power; and he drives forward, making visible the heavenly cask, pouring down the uplifted flood.
