āpṛcche tvāṃ mahārāja sarveṣām īśvaro 'si naḥ |

prasthitaṃ daṇḍakāraṇyaṃ paśya tvaṃ kuśalena mām ||

ຂໍກາບທູນ ພຣະມະຫາຣາຊາ ຂ້າພະອົງຂໍອະນຸຍາດ ເນື່ອງຈາກພຣະອົງເປັນອົງອະທິປະຕີຂອງພວກເຮົາທັງປວງ. ຂ້າພະອົງຈະອອກເດີນທາງໄປປ່າທັນຑະກະ; ຂໍພຣະອົງທອດພຣະເນດເບິ່ງຂ້າພະອົງຍາມຈາກໄປ ດ້ວຍພຣະຫົວໃຈສະຫງົບ ແລະເປັນມົງຄຸນ.
