FAQs

Pṛthu Vainya is King Pṛthu, identified as the descendant/son of Vena (hence “Vainya”), presented here as a powerful ruler formally installed as supreme king.

It links royal legitimacy to consecration (abhiṣeka) endorsed by both divine powers (devas) and religious authority (brāhmaṇas), indicating kingship grounded in dharma and communal sanction.

Authority is portrayed as earned and affirmed through righteous order—leadership should be established through lawful, dharmic procedures and recognized by both spiritual and social guardians.
