Narada (narrative voice within Uttara-Bhaga Tirtha-Mahatmya)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: hasya
It portrays a sacred convocation where many classes of higher beings are formally invited, signaling the cosmic importance of the event being described in the Tīrtha-Māhātmya setting.
Indirectly, it frames devotion as a universal, supra-human concern: even celestial and semi-divine beings participate in dharmic gatherings surrounding sacred places and divine narratives, encouraging human devotees to do the same.
No specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa, Jyotiṣa, or Kalpa) is taught in this line; the practical takeaway is the Purāṇic protocol of nimantraṇa (formal invitation) for dharmic assemblies connected to tīrtha observances.
