This is a colophon verse marking the formal completion of Adhyaya 6 (“Brahmavākya”) in the Uttara-bhāga, preserving the Purāṇic transmission style and confirming the chapter’s title and placement.
It does not teach bhakti directly; instead, it closes a discourse titled “Brahmavākya,” serving as a structural signpost so readers can correctly locate and preserve the preceding teachings within the Narada Purana’s devotional and dharmic framework.
The verse reflects textual discipline akin to Vyākaraṇa/Chandas usage in manuscript culture: standardized closure wording, accurate section naming, and verse/chapter numbering used for reliable memorization, citation, and recitation.
