Narada (as narrator/teacher within the Uttara-Bhaga tirtha-mahatmya flow)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It presents a classic phala-śruti: devoted worship brings both worldly desired results (abhimata-phala) and spiritual ascent—pāpa-kṣaya (removal of sins) culminating in attainment of Viṣṇuloka.
Bhakti is shown as the decisive means: through heartfelt devotion to the deity addressed as Rauhiṇeya, one gains grace that yields tangible fruits and purification, ultimately leading to Viṣṇu’s abode.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this verse; it functions as a ritual-phala statement (phala-śruti) emphasizing the efficacy of devotional worship within a tirtha/mahatmya framework.
