It highlights Dharma in a tirtha-setting: sacred actions are to be carried out with due priority to the Bhūsūras (Brahmins), who are traditionally linked with mantra, ritual correctness, and the preservation of Vedic order.
Bhakti is expressed here as practical seva and reverence—supporting those engaged in sacred duties—showing that devotion is not only inner feeling but also respectful conduct aligned with dharma.
Indirectly, it points to the need for proper ritual execution (Kalpa/Vedāṅga practice), since prioritizing Bhūsūras implies reliance on those trained in correct rites, mantras, and procedural purity.
