Narada (in a stotra-style enumeration of Sarasvati’s names/qualities within Vedanga context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
The verse presents Sarasvatī as the living power behind Veda and Vidyā—granting boons through clarity of speech, truthful expression, and disciplined learning, which are essential for mantra, study, and dharmic conduct.
By praising Sarasvatī as the source of pure speech and truthful restraint, the verse supports bhakti through correct nāma-japa, accurate recitation, and sincere praise—devotion becomes steady when speech and mind are disciplined.
It highlights Shiksha (phonetics/recitation) and Vyakarana (grammar) indirectly: ‘vākyadā’ and ‘vāgīśvarī’ point to correct utterance and linguistic mastery, while ‘vedavigrahā’ frames learning as Veda-centered discipline.
