Nyāsa, Yantra, Homa, and Dīpa-Vrata
द्विदैवते च रोहिण्यां दीपारंभो हितावहः । चरमे च व्यतीपाते धृतौ वृद्धौ सुकर्मणि ॥ ६४ ॥
dvidaivate ca rohiṇyāṃ dīpāraṃbho hitāvahaḥ | carame ca vyatīpāte dhṛtau vṛddhau sukarmaṇi || 64 ||

It teaches that even simple sacred acts like lighting a lamp gain greater auspiciousness when aligned with favorable nakṣatras and yogas—showing the Purāṇa’s Vedāṅga (Jyotiṣa) emphasis on right timing for dharmic acts.
Lamp-lighting is a common upacāra in pūjā; the verse supports bhakti by guiding devotees to perform worship at auspicious times so the offering is steady, sattvic, and conducive to divine remembrance.
Jyotiṣa Vedāṅga: selecting muhūrta using nakṣatra (Dvidaivata, Rohiṇī) and yoga (Vyatīpāta’s concluding phase; Dhṛti, Vṛddhi, Sukarman) for initiating a ritual act (dīpa-ārambha).
