Adhyaya 35 — Madālasa’s Instruction on Purity, Impurity, and Corrective Rites (Śauca and Aśauca)
तत्तद् गुणवते देयं तदेवाक्षयमिच्छता ।
पूर्णैस्तु दिवसैः स्पृष्ट्वा सलिलं वाहनायुधम् ॥
tattad guṇavate deyaṃ tadevākṣayam icchatā /
pūrṇais tu divasaiḥ spṛṣṭvā salilaṃ vāhanāyudham
ຂອງທານນັ້ນໆ ຄວນໃຫ້ແກ່ຜູ້ຄວນຮັບ; ຜູ້ປາຖະໜາບຸນອັນບໍ່ເສື່ອມ (akṣaya) ນັ້ນ ທານນັ້ນເທົ່ານັ້ນກາຍເປັນບຸນບໍ່ຮູ້ຈົບ. ແລະເມື່ອຄົບຈໍານວນມື້ທັງໝົດແລ້ວ ໂດຍແຕະນໍ້າ (ācamana) ຈຶ່ງອາດກັບມາໃຊ້ພາຫະນະ ແລະອາວຸດໄດ້.
