Adhyaya 32 — Rules for Parvana Śrāddha: Foods that Please the Ancestors and Items to Avoid
नग्नाः पातकिनश्चैव हन्युर्दृष्ट्या पितृक्रियाम् ।
अपुमानपविद्धश्च कुक्कुटो ग्रामशूकरः ॥
nagnāḥ pātakinaś caiva hanyur dṛṣṭyā pitṛ-kriyām / apumāna-paviddhaś ca kukkuṭo grāma-śūkaraḥ
ຄົນເປືອຍກາຍ ແລະຄົນບາບ ເພີງແຕ່ເຫັນກໍອາດເຮັດໃຫ້ພິທີບູຊາບັນພະບຸລຸດເສຍໄປໄດ້। ອີກທັງຄວນໄລ່ອອກ: ໄກ່ໂຕຜູ້ (rooster) ແລະໝູບ້ານ (ໝູລ້ຽງ), ພ້ອມທັງຜູ້ທີ່ເອີ້ນວ່າ «apumāna-paviddha» (ຜູ້ຖືກຕຳນິ/ບໍ່ບໍລິສຸດ—ຕ້ອງການການຢືນຢັນຕາມບໍລິບົດ)।
