रजतस्य तथा कार्यं दर्शनं दानमेव वा ।
राजते हि स्वधा दुग्धा पितृभिः श्रूयते मही ।
तस्मात् पितॄणां रजतमभीष्टं प्रीतिवर्धनम् ॥
rajatasya tathā kāryaṃ darśanaṃ dānam eva vā | rājate hi svadhā dugdhā pitṛbhiḥ śrūyate mahī | tasmāt pitṝṇāṃ rajatam abhīṣṭaṃ prītivardhanam ||
ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ກ່ຽວກັບເງິນ ຈະເຮັດໄດ້ທັງການນໍາໃຫ້ເຫັນ ຫຼືການຖວາຍເປັນທານ. ເພາະພິຕຣະ (Pitṛs) ກ່າວວ່າ ແຜ່ນດິນແມ່ນ “ສະຫວ່າງດັ່ງເງິນ” ແລະ ສະວະທາ (Svadhā) ດັ່ງນົມ. ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ພິຕຣະປາຖະໜາເງິນ ແລະມັນເພີ່ມຄວາມພໍໃຈຂອງພວກທ່ານ.
