पूर्णेन्दुमालोक्य यथा प्रीतिमान् जायते नरः ।

एवं यत्र प्रजाः सर्वा निर्वत्ता स्तच्छशिव्रतम् ॥

pūrṇendum ālokya yathā prītimān jāyate naraḥ | evaṃ yatra prajāḥ sarvā nirvattās tac chaśi-vratam ||

ເຊັ່ນດຽວກັບຄົນເມື່ອເຫັນພະຈັນເຕັມດວງແລ້ວຍ່ອມຍິນດີ ສະພາບອັນດີກໍຄື ບ່ອນທີ່ປະຊາຊົນທັງປວງພໍໃຈ ແລະຕັ້ງຢູ່ຢ່າງມັ່ນຄົງ—ນີ້ແມ່ນ «ວຣະຕະດັ່ງພະຈັນ» (ແນວການປົກຄອງແບບພະຈັນ)។
