ໄວສຳປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ເມື່ອຄິດວ່າເວລາເຫຼືອຢູ່ພຽງນ້ອຍ ບຸລຸດດັ່ງງົວຜູ້—ຜູ້ເປັນເລີດໃນຫມູ່ຄົນ—ຈຶ່ງຕັ້ງປະສົງຕາມນັ້ນ ດ້ວຍຄວາມຮູ້ທັນຄວາມດ່ວນຂອງຂະນະນັ້ນ.
