ताननादृत्य गन्धर्वास्तद्‌ वनं विविशुर्महत्‌ । यदा वाचा न तिष्ठन्ति धार्तराष्ट्रा: सराजका:

Transliteration

tān anādṛtya gandharvāstad vanaṁ viviśur mahat | yadā vācā na tiṣṭhanti dhārtarāṣṭrāḥ sarājakāḥ ||

Translation

ໂດຍບໍ່ໃສ່ໃຈພວກນັ້ນ ພວກຄັນທະວະ (Gandharva) ໄດ້ເຂົ້າໄປໃນປ່າໃຫຍ່ອັນກວ້າງໃຫຍ່ນັ້ນ. ເພາະເມື່ອພວກທາຣຕະຣາສະຕຣະ (Dhārtarāṣṭra) ພ້ອມກັບກະສັດຂອງພວກເຂົາ ບໍ່ຢືນຢັນຢູ່ໃນຖ້ອຍຄຳທີ່ມີເຫດຜົນ ພວກເຂົາກໍກາຍເປັນຜູ້ບໍ່ອາດຫ້າມໄດ້ ແລະພຸ້ນໄປຂ້າງໜ້າແມ່ນຈະມີຄຳຕັກເຕືອນກໍຕາມ.
