व्यायामं मुष्टिभि: कृत्वा तलैरपि समागतै: । अपाययंश्व तद् भूत॑ निश्रचेष्टमगमं महीम्
vyāyāmaṁ muṣṭibhiḥ kṛtvā talair api samāgataiḥ | apāyayaṁś ca tad bhūtaṁ niśceṣṭam agamaṁ mahīm ||
