Sañjaya’s Report
सेनाग्रगं दंशितं भीमसेनं स्वालक्षणं वीरहणं परेषाम् | घ्नन्तं चमूमन्तकसंनिकाशं तदा स्मर्ता वचनस्थातिमानी
saṅjaya uvāca | senāgra-gaṁ daṁśitaṁ bhīmasenaṁ svalakṣaṇaṁ vīrahaṇaṁ pareṣām | ghnantaṁ camūm antaka-sannikāśaṁ tadā smartā vacanasthātimānī ||
ສັນຊະຍະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ເມື່ອ ພີມເສນ ສວມເກາະອາວຸດ ພຸ້ນພາລະບຸກໄປຢູ່ຫນ້າສຸດຂອງກອງທັບ—ມີເຄື່ອງໝາຍຂອງຕົນແຕ່ສັດຕູກັບຈຳບໍ່ຄ່ອຍໄດ້—ຂ້າວິລະຊົນຂອງຝ່າຍຕົກຕໍ່າ ແລະເມື່ອລາວເລີ່ມທຳລາຍກອງທັບຝ່າຍຕໍ່ຕ້ານ ດັ່ງອັນຕະກະ (ຄວາມຕາຍ) ເອງ ໃນເວລານັ້ນ ທຸຣະໂຍທະນະ ຜູ້ມີຄວາມອວດອ້າງຢ່າງຫນັກ ຈະນຶກຖຶງຄຳຂອງຂ້ອຍ».
