हत्वा जित्वा च मघवन्‌ यः कश्ित्‌ पुरुषायते । अकर्ता होव भवति कर्ता होव करोति तत्‌

Transliteration

hatvā jitvā ca maghavan yaḥ kaścit puruṣāyate | akartā hova bhavati kartā hova karoti tat, maghavan ||

Translation

ສັກຣະ (ອິນທຣະ) ກ່າວວ່າ: «ໂອ ມະຄະວັນ! ຜູ້ໃດກໍຕາມ ຫຼັງຈາກຂ້າ ຫຼື ຊະນະແລ້ວ ແລ້ວອວດອ້າງວ່າເປັນພະລັງຊາຍຂອງຕົນ—ແທ້ຈິງແລ້ວ ຜູ້ນັ້ນບໍ່ແມ່ນຜູ້ກະທຳການນັ້ນ. ເພາະຜູ້ກະທຳທີ່ແທ້ ແມ່ນຜູ້ສ້າງໂລກ—ພຣະເຈົ້າສູງສຸດ—ຜູ້ດຽວທີ່ເຮັດໃຫ້ການນັ້ນສຳເລັດ.»
