संजय उवाच हतं दुर्योधन दृष्टवा भीमसेनेन संयुगे । सिंहेनेव महाराज मत्तं वनगजं यथा

sañjaya uvāca: hataṃ duryodhanaṃ dṛṣṭvā bhīmasenena saṃyuge | siṃheneva mahārāja mattaṃ vanagajaṃ yathā ||

ສັນຈະຍະກ່າວວ່າ: «ຂໍພຣະອົງມະຫາກະສັດ, ເມື່ອເຫັນດຸຣະໂຍທະນະຖືກພີມະເສນະສັງຫານໃນກາງສົງຄາມ—ດັ່ງສິງໂຕລົງມືລົ້ມຊ້າງປ່າທີ່ຄືກຄືນດ້ວຍລະດູມັດ—ຂ້າພະອົງຂໍທູນດັ່ງນີ້»។
