रथादवातरद्‌ वीर: शैलाग्रादिव केसरी । धनुष कट जानेपर रथहीन हुए वीर नकुल हाथमें ढाल-तलवार लेकर पर्वतके शिखरसे उतरनेवाले सिंहके समान रथसे नीचे आ गये

sañjaya uvāca |

rathād avātarad vīraḥ śailāgrād iva kesarī |

ສັນຈະຍະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ວິລະຊົນນັ້ນລົງຈາກລົດຮົບ ດັ່ງສິງໂຕລົງຈາກຍອດພູ. ເມື່ອຄັນທະນູຖືກຕັດ ແລະລາວກາຍເປັນຜູ້ບໍ່ມີລົດຮົບ, ນະກຸລໄດ້ຖືດາບແລະໂລ່ໄວ້ໃນມື ແລ້ວກ້າວລົງມາສູ້ຕໍ່ ດ້ວຍໃຈອັນໝັ້ນຄົງ ທ່າມກາງຄວາມວຸ່ນວາຍຂອງສົງຄາມ.
