यदृच्छया रणे भीम॑ युध्यमानं महाबलम् | कथंचिद् विरथं कृत्वा यत् त्वं रूक्षमभाषथा:
yadṛcchayā raṇe bhīmaṁ yudhyamānaṁ mahābalam | kathaṁcid virathaṁ kṛtvā yat tvaṁ rūkṣam abhāṣathāḥ ||
ສັນຊະຍະກ່າວວ່າ: «ເມື່ອໂຊກຊະຕາຫັນຜັນໃນສະໜາມຮົບ ເຈົ້າພະຍາຍາມຢ່າງໃດກໍຕາມຈົນເຮັດໃຫ້ພີມະຜູ້ມີກຳລັງມະຫາສານ—ຜູ້ກຳລັງຮົບຢ່າງດຸເດືອດ—ກາຍເປັນຄົນບໍ່ມີລົດຮົບ, ເຈົ້າກໍເວົ້າຄຳຫຍາບຄາຍ. ຄຳຫຍາບໃນກາງສົງຄາມແບບນັ້ນ ສະທ້ອນຄວາມຕຶງຕັນຂອງຄວາມທະນົງຕົນ ແລະ ຄວາມໂກດ; ແລະມັນບອກລ່ວງໜ້າວ່າ ຄຳເວົ້າເອງກໍອາດກາຍເປັນອາວຸດ ທີ່ເຮັດໃຫ້ຄວາມອາຄາດແຄ້ນລຶກຊຶ້ງກວ່າການປະທະດ້ວຍອາວຸດ. »
