अर्जुनदुःखहेतुप्रश्नः — Inquiry into the cause of Arjuna’s recurring hardship

मत्तप्रमत्तमुदितं सुप्रीतयुवतीजनम् । मृदज्रशड्खनादैश्व मनोरमम भूत् तदा
matta-pramattam uditaṁ suprīta-yuvatī-janam | mṛdaṅga-śaṅkha-nādaiś ca manoramaṁ abhūt tadā ||
ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ໃນເວລານັ້ນ ຜູ້ຄົນທັງປວງທີ່ເຂົ້າມາໃນເຂດພິທີຍັດຍະ ລ້ວນເປັນປິຕິຍິນດີ ດຸດດື່ມດ້ວຍຄວາມສຸກ ແລະ ຈິດໃຈຖືກຍົກຂຶ້ນ. ກຸ່ມຍິງສາວເດີນໄປມາດ້ວຍຄວາມຍິນດີຢ່າງຫຼາຍ. ແລະ ດ້ວຍສຽງກອງ ແລະ ສຽງສັງຂ໌ທີ່ກັງວານ ຄວາມງາມ ແລະ ສະເໜ່ຂອງຫໍພິທີນັ້ນ ຍິ່ງເພີ່ມພູນຂຶ້ນ.
