prītaścāpi mahādevaścakāra vṛṣabhaṃ tadā

Translation

ພີສະມະກ່າວວ່າ: «ເມື່ອພໍໃຈດ້ວຍຄວາມເລື່ອມໃສ ແລະຄວາມປະພຶດນັ້ນ, ພຣະມະຫາເທວະໄດ້ສ້າງງົວຜູ້ຂຶ້ນໃນຂະນະນັ້ນ—ເປັນໝາຍແຫ່ງການອະນຸໂມທະນາຂອງເທວະ ແລະການປະທານເຄື່ອງໝາຍສັກສິດພ້ອມການຄ້ຳຈຸນ».
