Go-mahātmyam: Pavitrāṇāṃ Pavitraṃ
Cows and Ghee as Supreme Purifiers
वृषभं च ददौ तस्मै सह गोभि: प्रजापति:
vṛṣabhaṃ ca dadau tasmai saha gobhiḥ prajāpatiḥ
ພີສະມະກ່າວວ່າ: «ພຣະປຣະຊາປະຕິໄດ້ປະທານງົວຜູ້ (ວົວ) ໃຫ້ແກ່ເຂົາ ພ້ອມດ້ວຍງົວຫຼາຍຕົວ. ຂອງທານນີ້ຊີ້ໃຫ້ເຫັນອຸດົມຄະຕິແຫ່ງທຳມະ—ການຫຼ້ຽງຊີວິດ, ການບູຊາຍັດຍະ, ແລະສະຫວັດດີການຂອງສັງຄົມ—ຜ່ານການບໍລິຈາກງົວ ອັນເປັນສັນຍາລັກແຫ່ງຄວາມອຸດົມສົມບູນ ແລະການຫຼ້ຽງດູອັນຊອບທຳ».
