अप्रमत्तेन ते भाव्यं सदा प्रति पुरन्दरम्
apramattena te bhāvyaṃ sadā prati purandaram
ພີສະມະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ເຈົ້າຈົ່ງຢູ່ດ້ວຍຄວາມບໍ່ປະມາດ ແລະຄວບຄຸມຕົນເອງໃຫ້ດີ ຢູ່ເສມອ; ໃຫ້ຈັບຕາຕໍ່ ປຸຣັນດະຣະ (ອິນທຣະ) ຢູ່ທຸກເວລາ—ນັ້ນແມ່ນ ຕໍ່ຕ້ານພະລັງອັນແຮງກ້າທີ່ອາດກົດທັບຄວາມຕັ້ງໃຈຂອງຜູ້ຄົນ.»
भीष्म उवाच
Maintain constant vigilance and avoid negligence; ethical steadiness requires sustained alertness against powerful temptations or destabilizing forces symbolized by ‘Purandara’ (Indra).
Bhīṣma is instructing the listener with a concise injunction: one must always act with careful attention and preparedness, framing the counsel in relation to Purandara (Indra) as a figure of formidable power.
