Vipula’s Yogic Protection of the Guru’s Household (विपुलस्य योगरक्षा / Vipulasya Yogarakṣā)
न कामभोगान् विपुलान् नालंकारान् न संश्रयान् । तथैव बहु मन्यन्ते यथा रत्यामनुग्रहम्
na kāmabhogān vipulān nālaṅkārān na saṁśrayān | tathaiva bahu manyante yathā ratyām anugraham ||
ພີສະມະກ່າວວ່າ: ຍິງທັງຫຼາຍບໍ່ໄດ້ໃຫ້ຄ່າຫຼາຍແກ່ຄວາມສຸກທາງກາມອັນອຸດົມ, ບໍ່ໄດ້ໃຫ້ຄ່າຫຼາຍແກ່ເຄື່ອງປະດັບງາມ, ຫຼືທີ່ຢູ່ອາໄສອັນດີເລີດ; ເທົ່າກັບທີ່ນາງໃຫ້ຄ່າແກ່ຄວາມເອື້ອເຟື້ອອ່ອນໂຍນໃນຍາມຮ່ວມຮັກ.
भीष्म उवाच
Material comforts—pleasures, ornaments, and fine housing—do not equal the value of considerate, affectionate treatment in intimacy; relational harmony depends more on respect and kindness than on possessions.
