Viśvāmitra-janma: Ṛcīka–Satyavatī–Gādhi and the Charu Exchange (विश्वामित्र-जन्म: ऋचीक–सत्यवती–गाधि वृत्तान्तः)

क्षत्रियं तूग्रकर्माणं त्वं भद्रे जनयिष्यसि । नहि ते तत्‌ कृतं साधु मातृस्नेहेन भाविनि

kṣatriyaṃ tūgrakarmāṇaṃ tvaṃ bhadre janayiṣyasi | nahi te tat kṛtaṃ sādhu mātṛsnehena bhāvini ||

ພີດສະມະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ໂອ ນາງຜູ້ເປັນມງຄົດ! ເຈົ້າຈະໃຫ້ກໍ່ກຳເນີດບຸດເປັນກະສັດຕຣິຍະ ຜູ້ມີການກະທຳຮຸນແຮງ. ເນື່ອງຈາກເຈົ້າຕິດພັນໃນຄວາມຮັກຂອງແມ່ ສິ່ງທີ່ເຈົ້າເຮັດນັ້ນບໍ່ນ່າສັນລະເສີນ. ໂດຍການສັບປ່ຽນທີ່ເຈົ້າແລະແມ່ໄດ້ເຮັດ ແມ່ຂອງເຈົ້າຈະໃຫ້ກໍ່ກຳເນີດບຸດຜູ້ດີເລີດ ຜູ້ມີຊະຕາໃຫ້ເປັນພຣາຫມະນະ; ແຕ່ເຈົ້າຈະເປັນແມ່ຂອງນັກຮົບ ຜູ້ການກະທຳຈະນ່າຢ້ານກົວ.»
