विषये वासवस्तस्य सम्यगेव प्रवर्षति । इन्द्रके समान पराक्रमी और युद्धसे कभी पीछे न हटनेवाले राजा दुर्योधनके राज्यमें इन्द्र सदा ठीक समयपर और उचित मात्रामें ही वर्षा करते थे

viṣaye vāsavas tasya samyag eva pravarṣati |

ພີດສະມະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ໃນອານາຈັກຂອງກະສັດນັ້ນ ວາສະວະ (ອິນທຣາ) ສົ່ງຝົນຢ່າງຖືກຕ້ອງພອດດີ—ຕົງເວລາ ແລະພອດປະມານ. ຄໍານີ້ສະແດງວ່າ ອານາຈັກຂອງ ດຸຣຍົດະນະ ດູຮັ່ງມີ ແລະເປັນລະບຽບດີພາຍນອກ; ແຕ່ຄໍາຖາມລຶກໆເກືອບກັບຄວາມຊອບທຳ ແລະການປະພຶດຕາມທຳ ຈະຕ້ອງໃຫ້ທຳເປັນຜູ້ຕັດສິນ ບໍ່ແມ່ນວັດດ້ວຍຄວາມຮັ່ງມີຢ່າງດຽວ.
