शुभाड़ो लोकसारज्भ: सुतन्तुस्तन्तुवर्धन: । इन्द्रकर्मा महाकर्मा कृतकर्मा कृतागम:

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca |

śubhāṅgo lokasāra-grāhyaḥ sutantuḥ tantu-vardhanaḥ |

indrakarmā mahākarmā kṛtakarmā kṛtāgamaḥ ||

Translation

ພີສະມະກ່າວວ່າ: ພຣະອົງມີຮູບກາຍງາມສົດ ແລະເປັນມົງຄຸນ; ພຣະອົງຈັບເອົາແກ່ນສານຂອງໂລກທັງປວງ. ສາຍໃຍແຫ່ງຈັກກະວານຂອງພຣະອົງຖືກຖັກທໍຢ່າງດີ ແລະພຣະອົງຂະຫຍາຍສາຍໃຍນັ້ນຢູ່ເທື່ອງໆ. ກຳລັງການງານຂອງພຣະອົງດຸດດັ່ງອິນທຣະ; ກິດການຂອງພຣະອົງໃຫຍ່ຫຼວງ. ພຣະອົງໄດ້ສຳເລັດກິດທີ່ຄວນເຮັດທັງປວງແລ້ວ, ແຕ່ກໍຍັງເສດັດມາອີກ—ປາກົດພຣະອົງຕາມຄວາມຈຳເປັນ—ເພື່ອກະທຳສິ່ງທີ່ເໝາະສົມ ໃນການປົກປ້ອງແລະຈັດລະບຽບໂລກ.
