Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
समास्थित: स भगवान् दीप्यमान: स्वतेजसा । आजगाम किरीटी तु हारकेयूरभूषित:
samāsthitaḥ sa bhagavān dīpyamānaḥ svatejasā | ājagāma kirīṭī tu hārakeyūrabhūṣitaḥ ||
ວາສຸເທວະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ພຣະອົງຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້ານັ້ນ ຢືນຢັນຢ່າງໝັ້ນຄົງ ແລະສ່ອງສະຫວ່າງດ້ວຍລັດສະໝີຂອງພຣະອົງເອງ; ພຣະອົງໄດ້ມາຮອດທີ່ນັ້ນ—ສວມມົກກຸດ ແລະປະດັບດ້ວຍສາຍຄໍ ແລະກໍາໄລແຂນ»។
वासुदेव उवाच
The verse foregrounds the idea of tejas—inner spiritual and moral radiance—as the true source of authority and auspicious presence. External ornaments (crown, necklace, armlets) signify kingship and dignity, but the narrative emphasis is that the Lord shines primarily by His own inherent splendor.
Vāsudeva describes the arrival of a divine, exalted figure who comes in a composed and majestic manner, visibly radiant, and adorned with royal ornaments such as a crown, necklace, and armlets.
