Conduct of the Virtuous Wife
अल्पो5पि तादृशो दायो भवत्युत महाफल: । तृषिताय च ते दत्त हृदयेनानसूयता
alpo 'pi tādṛśo dāyo bhavaty uta mahāphalaḥ | tṛṣitāya ca te dattaṃ hṛdayenān asūyatā ||
ວະຍາສະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ແມ່ນແຕ່ທານນ້ອຍໆ ຖ້າໃຫ້ຕາມທໍານອງນັ້ນ ກໍໃຫ້ຜົນໃຫຍ່. ເຈົ້າໄດ້ຖວາຍອາຫານແລະນ້ໍາໃຫ້ແກ່ແຂກຜູ້ຫິວກະຫາຍ ດ້ວຍໃຈທີ່ບໍ່ອິດສາ. ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ທານອັນເບົານ້ອຍນັ້ນຈຶ່ງໃຫ້ບຸນຜົນອັນໄພສານ. ຄໍາສອນກ່າວວ່າ ຈິດໃຈພາຍໃນ—ຄວາມບໍ່ອິດສາ, ຄວາມເມດຕາ, ແລະການເຄົາລົບທໍາມະ—ເຮັດໃຫ້ຜົນທາງທໍາມະຂອງການໃຫ້ ໃຫຍ່ເກີນກວ່າປະລິມານຂອງສິ່ງທີ່ໃຫ້»។
